Behind the Ear (BTE)
Maximum power meets modern design. BTEs deliver the strongest amplification available, housed in a durable behind-the-ear unit with a custom earmould. That’s exactly what the trial period is for — finding out. If they’re not working, we have options:
- Different brand or model (you’re not locked into your first choice)
- Different style (maybe RIC isn’t right, but CIC would work better)
- Different technology level (sometimes mid-range performs better than you’d expect)
- Assistive listening devices for specific challenges (TV, phone, meetings)
- Honest conversation about whether hearing aids are enough, or if you need cochlear implant assessment
